1 Million Steps in 100 Days

Join us as we embark on 1 Million Steps in 100 Days! 

Challenge participants will track steps on their own, tracking their accountability with a daily step count along with a photo in our custom app.

At 10,000 steps per day, it takes 100 days to walk 1 million steps. Walking is a steady way to get moving, and running or exercising adds up steps even faster. A smartphone and personal step/activity tracker is all that is needed to begin!


500,000+ steps: Pacific Recreation bound-journal, sticker, stainless steel reusable straw

700,000+ steps: Pacific Recreation vacuum sealed water bottle 

900,000+ steps: Personal trigger-point foam roller
