Prominent social justice advocate and author Shaun King will be speaking at Faye Spanos Concert Hall as part of Pacific’s Black History Month Celebration. His presentation will begin at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Due to space constraints, seating will be limited.
Jeffery Shaun King is an American writer and civil rights activist. He is noted for his use of social media to promote religious, charitable, and social causes, including the Black Lives Matter movement. He is the senior justice writer for the New York Daily News, and a political commentator for The Young Turks.
