Women have a significant circumstance in managing the pandemic lifestyle - the roles have multiplied - employee/employer, teacher, parent, pet sitter, and other responsibilities. How to manage the anxiety, loneliness, and imbalanced mental health when you have so many balls in the air. This presentation sheds light on these challenges and shares tools that I use daily to ensure I’m performing at my best. My business has grown during this pandemic - not everyone can say this!

During the workshop, feel free to reveal any concerns or issues you are facing as a woman. After the workshop, participants will receive the chance to win a free 1:1 counseling session.

  • Managing the pandemic lifestyle - working from home, with kids, pets, and other responsibilities. How to manage anxiety, loneliness, imbalanced mental health.
  • Managing change - how to stay balanced and sane amidst the shifting changes.
  • Tools to attain balance and connection while living in this new world: mindfulness, connection, meditation.
