Afternoon Topic and Speakers:

Disrupting Traditional Education: Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Classroom, led by the 2016 and 2017 San Joaquin County Teachers of the Year, Adrianne Go-Miller and Peter Gallegos.

Now, more than ever, educators are increasingly required to develop the creative and entrepreneurial capabilities amongst students as a key element of lifelong learning and as preparation for the work world to assist in innovative solutions to key societal issues. However, operationalizing a formal process for teachers to engage students’ natural talents and skills to be successful can be challenging. Join us for an invigorating afternoon of ideas that inspire classrooms for creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship for our future leaders.
