Contracts Policy Open Forum-Stockton

The policy implementation team is holding open forums on all three campuses to inform departments on how to initiate, execute and manage new contracts in compliance with the new Contracts Policy. The new policy will help mitigate risk to the university by establishing protocols employees must follow before entering into contracts for goods and services received or provided by the university. The policy will also ensure the proper signature authority of those entering into contracts on behalf of the university, including contracts with no dollar value.

In the meantime, the draft contracts policy is available for review at the Policies Review SharePoint site (Pacific login required).
