COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for People with Disabilities & Caregivers

University of the Pacific’s San Francisco Campus and the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry are hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their caregivers — including family caregivers — this Saturday, April 10.

The university is organizing the event in partnership with the Golden Gate Regional Center and Special Olympics, and with support from the San Francisco Mayor’s Office on Disability and the San Francisco Department of Public Health. The clinic is also receiving support and supplies from the Henry Schein Cares Foundation.  Visual oral health screenings are also offered to anyone who would like to have their teeth and mouth checked.

Important Info
Vaccine recipients must be 18 years of age or older. Attendees must live or work in San Francisco and appointments are required in advance. Please bring some form of identification that has your name on it. Picture ID is preferred but not required.
