Engineering & Computer Science: Legacy Reception Celebration 50 Years of CO-OP
Saturday, October 12 at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Khoury Hall Lawn, "The Rock"
Please joins us in celebrating 50 years of Cooperative Education (CO-OP) at University of the Pacific!
In 1969, the Dean of the School of Engineering and Computer Science (SOECS), Robert L. Heyborne, launched the CO-OP program at Pacific. To this day, CO-OP continues to be the crown jewel of the curriculum and one of our biggest recruitment tools.
At this legacy reception, current and former faculty, staff, alumni, and others, will share their favorite CO-OP memories together. Join us and your fellow SOECS alumni to celebrate 50 years of CO-OP, and learn about an exciting time capsule project the SOECS class of 2020 will be working on.
Please bring your CO-OP pictures and other small CO-OP mementos to include in the Heyborne Time Capsule project. We hope you will be part of this celebration.
