Faculty are invited to join this conversation about the future of learning at Pacific with Eric Dingler '87, managing director, talent development and audit chief learning officer, Deloitte LLP.
The University is pleased to announce a series of speakers coming to Pacific to engage us in conversations about the future knowledge and skills students will need to be successful in a rapidly changing, increasingly digitized world. These speakers are part of the Pacific 2020R initiative to identify a common set of learning outcomes to prepare Pacific undergraduates for the complexities of a world in flux.
After a semester of immersion in trends on the future of work and learning, the Learning Outcomes committee has drafted an initial set of learning outcomes and seeks your feedback!. You’ll have an opportunity following each event to tell us your thoughts about the learning outcomes under consideration to date.

About Eric Dingler '87:
Eric Dingler is a talent development professional with 25 years of experience enabling sustainable, large-scale change in organizations by building new, conscious capabilities. Dingler joined Deloitte in 2008 as CLO for Deloitte Consulting and became CLO for Deloitte & Touche Audit in 2013. He focuses on driving accelerated development for client service professionals by orchestrating individuals’ experiences, exposure and education against their expectations. While at Deloitte, he has led the implementation of a talent development strategy, the development of marquee programs, a differentiated comprehensive learning curriculum, and advances in technology and accessibility supporting the learner experience – including the implementation of Deloitte University. Dingler is also the CLO Advisor for the Measurement and Analytics Strategic Priority Team, which leads the evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of Talent Development strategies and solutions to drive business performance. Dingler has a bachelor’s degree in business administration-accounting and finance from University of Pacific and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
