Explore the eight dimensions of wellness in this five-week program designed to offer intentional choices toward developing healthy habits. Try tasks for different dimensions each week and focus on 3-5 tasks max to support personal progress and sustainable steps in living well.
Participation is open to all Pacific students, faculty and staff at no cost and anyone can enter anytime through the last week of the challenge. Awesome fitness giveaways will be raffled off!
