Join the Jane Austen class of 2019 for a perennial favorite, Jane Austen Night at Pacifica night of food, music, performances, fashion and prizes.

Along with student readings and performances, there’ll be Austen-related raffle prizes (everyone gets one free ticket at the doorgrand prize tickets $2; all benefits go to the Stockton Public Library).

A string quartet from Pacific’s Conservatory will play from 6:30-7 p.m. while attendees can view the poster boards on student projects. Performances will start at 7 p.m.

2019 projects include “Gothic Austen,” a Black-Power screenplay set in the 1970s and an Austen Escape Room.

New this year: a Jane Austen fashion display, including a genuine Regency dress (made circa 1815), plus adaptions of the “Empire Waist” style from the 1960s and 1970s.

A night to remember!
