The Medicare Part D community outreach program is intended to serve Medicare beneficiaries and assist them with evaluating their prescription drug plan options under the Medicare Part D benefit.

Each outreach event will also provide many other services that beneficiaries can take advantage of, such as walk-in flu vaccines, a review of your medication, blood pressure testing, diabetes screening and much more.

The medicare open enrollment period is Oct. 15. - Dec. 7. During this window of time, beneficiaries can change their Medicare Part D drug plan. Find out if you can save money on your prescription drug costs at this helpful event.

If you plan to attend an event, please bring your Medicare card, all your medications and a copy of your most recent lab values.
