During this session, Lydia Fox, director of undergraduate research, will share strategies and resources for effective mentoring of undergraduate research with an emphasis on supporting diversity and inclusion.

Mentoring undergraduate scholars can be professionally and personally rewarding. Effective mentoring is an essential component for ensuring the success of the student experience, but not all students need the same types of mentoring.
