About this Event
Join members of our local community for a weekly Mindfulness Meditation based on the Buddhist tradition. The event is open to students, faculty, staff and community members who are interested.
In Mindfulness Meditation, we learn to deliberately cultivate our awareness of what is happening around you and within you without criticism or judgment.
New to Mindfulness Meditation? The meditation leaders host an Introduction to Mindfulness from 5-5:30pm on the second Wednesday of every month. If you are interested or curious, please be prompt in attending, as an orienation is a helpful means of exploring this practice.
