Creativity is accessible to all people and is a powerful tool for self-expression and fulfillment. Creativity can also be useful in practicing mindfulness as well as exploring and managing your emotional experiences. In this workshop we will learn about different types of creativity and identify your own creative flow experiences. We will then discuss ways in which you can prioritize your creative flow and implement creativity to support your own mental health.
