This workshop seeks to inspire awareness of and improvement in the areas of grit and resiliency, with specific attention paid to the importance of a growth mindset. Participants will discover the characteristics of grit and learn how to respond to difficult situations with constructive thoughts that allow for a behavior of persistence instead of defeatedness.
