National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

Turn in your used or expired medications for safe disposal.
The Drug Enforcement Administration and community partners will be holding its 13th National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. The event aims to provide a safe, convenient, and ecologically responsible method of prescription drug disposal while also educating the public about the potential for abuse of medications.
- Remove pills from containers and packaging
- Consolidate loose pills in plastic bag
- Remove personal information from packaging
- Medical sharps accepted only in sealed bio-hazard or other sturdy sealed containers
