Note Taking and Brain Activity: Validation of Old School Tools, by Paula Sheil

Tuesday, November 27 at 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Janet Leigh Theatre
3601 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95211

We will discuss the benefits of cursive writing, the resultant brain activation, and its effects on learning. Research has implications for anyone needing to get more from what he or she reads. For teachers, this research is especially important because students learn more material by writing and mental editing as they take notes.
