Resistance Strong is a four-week progressive strength series that works the whole body and is designed to be done at home with fitness equipment mailed directly to you. This program will feature, isometric, eccentric training, and resistance loaded movements that can be modified to accommodate varying fitness levels. Weekly workouts will progress from the skills previously learned together.
