In partnership with MathWorks, the Science Seminar Series at Pacific (S3@Pacific) team invites Pacific faculty and students to participate in the MATLAB micro-symposium.

The MATLAB micro-symposium is a free event aimed at showcasing the use of MATLAB in teaching and research at Pacific. The micro-symposium will consist of four 15-minute presentations by Pacific faculty demonstrating their use of MATLAB in their scholarly and teaching activities. Also, engineers from MathWorks will be on-site to answer questions that the attendees may have about MATLAB.

A poster session will follow the oral presentation. The poster session will be a great opportunity for faculty and students to show their work using MATLAB and obtain feedback from the participants.

Please visit our registration page to register as an attendee or presenter by Mar 21:

The ultimate goal of this symposium is to promote the interaction between different departments that use computational tools in their regular academic activities.
