Known as the “sunshine vitamin,” vitamin D has many roles in your body. Regular sun exposure is the natural way your body gets vitamin D and sunlight impacts both your physical and mental health.

Join Maninder Singh Sanghera, M.D., to learn more about this unique vitamin that is important for healthy bones, immunity and depression prevention. He’ll talk about how much vitamin D you need, how to safely get it from sunlight and alternative sources.
