What's Your Move: Social Wellbeing Challenge

Physical activity is proven to boost our mood, improve sleep, reduce stress and sharpen our focus. It has also been proven recording our progress improves our awareness, accountability and habit-building.
This tiered What's Your Move? individual challenge offers 3 levels of commitment to choose from ranging from 1,000 minutes to 1,500 minutes over 5 weeks.
Join Pacific Recreation to participate Sept 23- Oct 27 to get active and track your progress. Choose from 1,000 min total/200 minutes per week, 1,250 min total/250 minutes per week, or 1,500 min total/300 minutes per week. Once you choose your commitment level, each week you will identify and log the chosen activity and time dedicated.
Participants who log their moves and reach their weekly goal are entered to win a prize raffle that rotates weekly. Join in for free, and move your way!
